Wamuran State School is a Prep-6 co-educational school located in the heart of Wamuran Town. Established on its current site in 1967, the old Wamuran School was established in 1921 with the original school building now home to the Wamuran Historical Visitors Centre and located near the Community Hall. Wamuran State School is the only Primary School in the Wamuran community and currently has approximately 360 students enrolled. With exceptional extra-curricular activities in the areas of interschool sports, gymnastics training and an instrumental program, the School also pride themselves on their community spirit, attending and supporting many community events. The school spans across 7 acres and is located within close proximity to most local residential neighbourhoods with school bus services from Caboolture to Mount Mee and Delaneys Creek.
